What do I offer and how does it work?

Step One–Initial Consultation

The initial engagement consists of 4 hours of consultation focused on solving your most pressing problems. This is typically structured as a 2-hour initial session (in-person or virtually), followed by 2 hours of follow-up.

The goal of our time together is to solve your problems while mutually determining if we should work together.

Step Two–Partnership

If we agree to continue working together, we agree on common goals, the desired end-state, and how to partner to reach them. This is when we agree on the specifics—why, who, when, what, how, and how much.

This results in a Letter of Intent, followed by a partnership contract when the details have been finalized.

Step Three–Implementation

The third step is implementation. I bring to bear all of the tools and skills I have learned to mutually identify, prioritize, and solve challenges that are standing between you and your goals.

Our partnership will be mutually beneficial or we will end it, with all of your company’s equity going back to you.

It will improve your life because you will have a committed partner, not just a consultant, to help you reach your goals.

It will enrich my life because we will be financially rewarded together while making a positive impact on other people’s lives.

Step Four–Review and Refresh

We will review and refresh the partnership and the implementation when needed, based on your changing circumstances and business goals.

Who am I and why should you trust me?

A brief biography

I am a Christ-follower and a family man. In my first career, I was an Air Force fighter pilot, combat veteran, and diplomat, retiring as a full colonel. In my second career, I led global teams providing corporate real estate services and lived and worked in the U.S., UK, and India. In my third career, I help business owners to run their businesses more effectively. It is fair to say that my life expertise is in leadership and adaptability! You can learn more about me here.
